If the GPS on the animal you're tracking falls off, we will provide an option to track another animal. Simply reach out to us at tracking@wildlifesoul.com for assistance.

Can the GPS harm the animals in any way?

No, the GPS devices are lightweight, non-invasive, and designed to be comfortable for the animals. They are attached with care by professionals to ensure the animals’s well-being.

What can cause a GPS to stop working or fall off?

The GPS might stop working due to environmental conditions, rough terrain, or the animal's natural behavior. Occasionally, the devices can fall off, but this is a rare occurrence.

How long does the GPS tracking last?

We guarantee at least two years of tracking for every lion. If the GPS detaches before then, we will offer another animal for you to track.

Will I be notified if the GPS stops working?

We will do our best to promptly inform yoif there is an issue with the GPS signal or if the device stops transmitting, Could happen that you will notice before our system our data colloection thorought different apps inform us.

Can I choose a different animal to track if the GPS falls off?

Absolutely! If the GPS detaches or stops working, we will provide you with a new device to track another animal of your choice, free of charge.
